The Challenge
The different tattoo shops use different booking systems requiring separate booking request forms and pages.
DEVELOPMENT
Although the project’s scope was limited and just constrained to UI, I wanted to make sure the site’s usability was organized and streamlined. I created a site map and flows for tasks that I thought were relevant to my client’s goals, such as booking location specific appointments.

IMPACT
The client was happy with the outcome. I would have preferred to made the site more sophisticated and streamlined, such as giving clients the option to directly select limited edition designs when booking an appointment, but my client liked the current method of clients attaching screenshots to their booking emails. The client had a specific vision and I was happy to bring it to life.
